About the Role

Eulerity is seeking a Controller, Finance to build and professionalize its accounting operations. This hands-on role involves owning financial operations, managing pass-through costs, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with a future focus on fundraising and strategic modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own the General Ledger: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and the general ledger.
• Media Spend Management: Actively manage and reconcile pass-through media costs, ensuring client media budgets are accounted for correctly.
• Cash Flow Control: Rigorous monitoring of cash flow, burn rate, and runway to provide accurate, real-time liquidity views.
• Month-End Close: Establish and execute a disciplined month-end close process, producing timely financial statements.
• Systems Implementation: Implement controls and software stacks to move from startup processes to professional financial workflows.
• Financial Readiness: Ensure financial historicals and models support future fundraising due diligence.
• Strategic Modeling: Build financial models to forecast growth scenarios and assist in long-term planning.
• Capital Markets: Partner with leadership to navigate debt and equity financing for future rounds.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on finance/accounting experience.
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Agencies is highly preferred.
• Comfortable handling high-volume media pass-throughs.
• Experience setting up financial systems in a startup environment.
• Expert in QuickBooks Online (or Xero) and Excel.
• Working knowledge of how Venture Debt and Equity financing works.
