About the Role

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking talented individuals to join their High Jewelry Maison, promoting exceptional know-how in an enchanting and creative environment. This role is crucial for developing and transmitting expertise with care and no compromise, allowing the Maison to regularly reinvent itself through new projects.

Responsibilities

• Executing administrative and logistic tasks
• Ensuring compliance with brand security and operational procedures
• Handling shipping, receiving, and managing transfers
• Managing all outgoing and incoming repairs with 100% tagging accuracy
• Supporting all aspects of operations including boutique maintenance and supply ordering
• Coordinating the annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization
• Preparing paperwork for accounting in a timely manner
• Organizing and preparing for weekly and monthly audits
• Providing assistance to finance and auditing teams
• Ensuring all paperwork aligns with Richemont North America and Van Cleef & Arpels policies
• Maintaining accurate audit scores for the boutique
• Using clear and concise communication to support Boutique Management
• Maintaining business relationships with vendors

Requirements

• Strong ability to work under pressure
• Multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time
• Valid work authorization for employment in the USA

Skills

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• SAP knowledge is preferred
