About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own network fleet health end to end, defining real-time monitoring requirements, building the alerting lifecycle, and shipping dashboards.
- Build active debugging tooling for network fault diagnosis and repair visualization.
- Develop automated pipelines for network repair, from fault detection to return to service.
- Own network qualification and validation frameworks for new sites and hardware.
- Ensure end-to-end reliability, scalability, and operation of the network at scale through automation and incident discipline.
Requirements
- Treats toil as a bug and builds tools to automate manual processes.
- Thinks in systems and understands how faults propagate.
- Moves toward ambiguity and builds clarity.
- Learns new domains quickly.
- Manages incidents effectively, including postmortems and systemic fixes.
- Fluent with AI tooling such as LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
- Shipped production network tooling or automation.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools in any language.
