About the Role

Fluidstack is seeking individuals who are passionate about making humanity more free through AI. Responsibilities

  • Own network fleet health end to end, defining real-time monitoring requirements, building the alerting lifecycle, and shipping dashboards.
  • Build active debugging tooling for network fault diagnosis and repair visualization.
  • Develop automated pipelines for network repair, from fault detection to return to service.
  • Own network qualification and validation frameworks for new sites and hardware.
  • Ensure end-to-end reliability, scalability, and operation of the network at scale through automation and incident discipline.

Requirements

  • Treats toil as a bug and builds tools to automate manual processes.
  • Thinks in systems and understands how faults propagate.
  • Moves toward ambiguity and builds clarity.
  • Learns new domains quickly.
  • Manages incidents effectively, including postmortems and systemic fixes.
  • Fluent with AI tooling such as LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
  • Shipped production network tooling or automation.
  • Comfortable using AI coding tools in any language.
