About the Role
The next phase of Latent happens in person. This role fuses event strategy, brand-forward execution, customer relationships, and demand generation, deciding which rooms Latent should be in, owning them when we're there, and turning every event into pipeline. This role reports to the VP of Brand and is based in New York with the team.

- Maintain the master events calendar as the single source of truth.
- Manage the event budget effectively.

- Secure customers and external speakers for industry events, panels, and hosted dinners.
- Develop and execute pre-event, live-event, and post-event content strategies.
- Utilize email, social media, partner channels, and paid advertising to fill event rooms and amplify post-event.

- Measure event success against sourced and influenced pipeline.
- Manage vendors, agencies, contracts, budgets, timelines, and on-site logistics.
- Develop a playbook for consistent event execution.
