About the Role
Introducing customers to the world’s most robust network while delivering best-in-class service. You’ll be key to elevating the customer experience, providing seamless installation and activation of state-of-the-art technology, and connecting customers to what matters most.
Responsibilities
- Work independently at customer homes and businesses as a trusted expert, installing high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services.
- Meet new people daily while solving problems.
- Install new lines, climb ladders, and plug in and activate Wi-Fi networks.
- Identify wire and cable colors.
Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Lift and move up to 60 lbs.
- Weigh less than 325 lbs.
- Work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.).
- Be available for overtime, emergency callouts, and holiday work.
- Qualify on pre-employment assessments.

- Average starting earnings begin at $57,970 per year
