About the Role
Join our team to build internal tools and AI-powered workflows supporting K-12 campuses. This early-career role focuses on rapid development, taking projects from idea to production in days using AI-assisted coding environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy multi-step AI workflows for recruiting, marketing, and operations
- Develop and standardize reusable Agent Skills for recurring tasks
- Produce on-brand visuals for ads, social content, and campus materials using image models
- Utilize AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex as the primary development environment
- Develop API integrations and automation scripts for tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Workable
- Manage the full project lifecycle including logging, error handling, monitoring, and maintenance
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
- Proven experience building functional agentic workflows that handle edge cases
- Proficiency in generating AI images for professional assets
- Solid understanding of software engineering basics including debugging, API integrations, and maintainable code
- Knowledge of webhooks and basic data storage
- Strong communication skills with a focus on project completion
- U.S. work authorization
