About the Role
This is a 12-month contract GP Sales Representative role (internally known as a Health Representative) managing the NSW West Territory. This is a field-based position where you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative medicines to healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Introduce Pfizer’s portfolio to Health Care Professionals.
- Forge strong customer relationships through a comprehensive understanding of healthcare dynamics and Pfizer's variety of products.
- Merge patient-centric market knowledge with sharp business acumen.
- Display promotional excellence and proficiency in both virtual and face-to-face interactions.
- Utilize cross-functional resources to attain Pfizer’s strategic imperatives.
Requirements
- A degree in Business, Science, or related healthcare qualification is preferred.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales is valuable.
- Demonstrated success in managing territories effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adherence to high standards of ethical medicine promotion.
- Demonstrated completion of the Medicines Australia training program.
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
- A deep understanding & proactive approach to engaging with customers.
- Strategic mindset with robust relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assess account needs and provide relevant information and resources to drive performance.
- Leadership and persuasive communication skills.
- A can-do attitude and a work ethic underpinned by determination and adaptability to an ever-changing environment.
- Thorough understanding of communicating utilising digital tools.
