Clean Scapes is hiring an Enhancement Crew Member. This role involves executing work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Project Managers, performing duties associated with commercial landscape construction, and taking care of all equipment, materials, and uniforms.
Responsibilities
- Execute work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Project Managers
- Proficient use of various hand tools
- Perform duties associated with commercial landscape construction
- Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration
- Take care of all equipment, materials, and uniforms
- Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors
- Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- No prior landscaping experience required, though construction experience is preferred
- A strong willingness to learn is essential
- Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite
- Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Safety and awareness are crucial, especially when handling machinery and equipment
