About the Role

Join the Data & Business Solutions team within BRG’s finance and accounting organization. This role focuses on leveraging data to solve complex business problems through cross-functional collaboration with finance, accounting, IT, operations, and legal departments.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of financial data processing using SQL.
• Create reports using SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI.
• Initiate and execute projects to improve current and future processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design business intelligence reports, metrics, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Analyze business systems to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Define system requirements and write specifications based on cross-functional workflows.
• Create technical documentation.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale processes.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of research or work experience solving technical or analytical problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a similar quantitative field.
• Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and ability to partner collaboratively across the organization.
• Must be able to verify legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
