About the Role

This role offers a BCBA the chance to make a meaningful impact by working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a person-centered environment. Focus areas include independence, dignity, communication, vocational growth, and real-life success skills, providing a different clinical experience than pediatric ABA.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
  • Supervise and mentor staff implementing behavior programs
  • Provide crisis prevention and behavior reduction strategies
  • Develop programming focused on independent living skills, community integration, communication, vocational readiness, social and leisure skills, and self-advocacy
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure services align with ethical and best-practice ABA standards

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Texas LBA or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Experience with adults or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for person-centered ABA services
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
