About the Role

We have openings for Sales Associates to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals and strive to achieve company sales expectations.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and provide quality customer service.
• Keep all customer areas clean and present merchandise according to company merchandising standards.
• Ring customer transactions, perform register functions, and follow company cash handling policies.

Requirements

• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network.
• Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English is preferred.
