About the Role
We have openings for Sales Associates at Karl Lagerfeld Paris. Our sales team is a key driver of our success.
Responsibilities
- Meet personal sales goals and strive to achieve company sales expectations.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and provide quality customer service.
- Keep all customer areas clean and present merchandise according to company standards.
- Ring customer transactions, perform register functions, and follow cash handling policies.
Requirements
- 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Interpersonal and verbal communication skills for effective sales and customer relations.
- Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and client book/network maintenance.
- Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English is preferred.
