About the Role
Act as the strategic "right arm" to department leadership, driving high-impact cross-functional initiatives, optimizing internal processes, and removing operational friction across the organization. Focus on broadening operational capabilities, bridging gaps between Commercial, Product, and Legal teams, and supporting long-term growth and scale.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owners and Workstream owners on AOP execution and track the User Acquisition <> Monetization Flywheel.
- Manage Deal Desk systems, transitioning from manual trackers to Salesforce/Tableau.
- Manage investment pools, evaluate ROI, perform Rev/HC vs. Account Segmentation efficiency audits, and investigate forecast variances.
- Build operational frameworks with Legal, BI, and Finance shared services.
- Translate unit economics and business performance data into narratives for Senior Leadership.
- Manage and execute high-visibility, cross-functional projects.
- Map, build, and optimize scalable internal processes linking Business, Corporate Systems, Product, and Finance architectures.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence to track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the central connective tissue between Product Owners, Workstream owners, and Legal Operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, or a highly cross-functional leadership role within a scaling technology environment.
- Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple complex projects, prioritize time and resources effectively, and drive tight alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience building, implementing, and managing operational workflows across Corporate Systems and CRM/BI infrastructure.
- Proven track record managing complex contract frameworks, pricing matrices, fiscal approval cycles, and revenue tech stack transitions.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with and understand the distinct languages of technical, financial, and legal fields.
- Masterful communication skills with a proven capacity to influence without authority.
