About the Role
Help us revolutionize the massage industry in Germany. We are redefining the architecture of health and are looking for someone to help us build the future of integrated health.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruiting process for therapists and receptionists, from job posting to selection.
- Oversee and develop onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and motivating start for new employees.
- Plan and implement training and development initiatives with leadership to foster employee growth.
- Create clear development plans for employees and support their implementation with internal and external partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for the studio team regarding development, feedback, and collaboration.
- Strengthen company culture and ensure company values are reflected in all HR processes.
- Monitor implemented processes and activities for alignment with company goals and report regularly to the Head of People.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on recruiting and personnel development.
- Strong communication and empathy skills to engage talent and build trust.
- Organized, process-oriented, and focused on continuous process optimization.
- Pragmatic, hands-on mentality, able to remain calm in dynamic situations.
- Passion for people's growth, both career and personal.
- Fluency in German and English.
