About the Role
Ibotta is seeking a Senior Account Manager to contribute to our mission of making every purchase rewarding. This role focuses on driving performance marketing for leading advertisers and requires a data-driven, results-oriented leader with a strong sales orientation. The position embraces a team-based approach to client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own shared account-level quotas with Client Partners, accountable for revenue growth and upsell/renewal performance.
- Manage strategic, enterprise-level client relationships from campaign inception to completion, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Lead campaign planning and execution to maximize ROI and secure incremental investment.
- Operate with a revenue-first mindset, managing priorities, tracking performance, and seeking revenue opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Deliver data-backed campaign performance updates and recap decks to support business cases.
- Identify whitespace and develop client-specific growth strategies to drive new or incremental revenue.
- Lead revenue-generating client conversations, influencing decision-makers and advancing deals.
- Train clients on product capabilities and campaign tools to accelerate launch and increase retention.
- Collaborate with internal sales and cross-functional partners to align on revenue goals and drive client growth.
- Resolve campaign issues with urgency and accountability, reinforcing client loyalty.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and support revenue targets.
- Travel up to 40% to support sales meetings, client relationship development, and industry events.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing campaigns and client relationships with demonstrated quota attainment or sales success.
- Experience managing highly strategic enterprise-level accounts.
- Ability to capitalize on past marketing/project management experience to work with clients and internal partners.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and articulate client needs, align solutions, and negotiate win-win outcomes.

- Denver, CO: $110,000 - $159,000
- Remote (select cities): $121,400 - $174,900
- Total compensation includes base range and variable bonus. Equity is granted in addition.
