  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of fixtures, graphics, and dielines to support knowledge sharing across Marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Support financial planning by providing accurate forecasts and month-end budget inputs to drive cost-effective production.
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance workflows, optimize processes, and implement new ways of working where needed.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies, continuously improving how work is delivered.
  • Drive innovation through research and development, exploring new materials, technologies, and manufacturing solutions to elevate in-store experiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project, production, or visual merchandising roles within an advertising or marketing environment.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, merchandising, marketing, and project management teams.
  • Confidence working with numbers, including forecasting and managing budgets with accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable clear and effective collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive within a team and contribute positively to shared goals.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve processes and ways of working.
  • A positive, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to embrace change and navigate evolving priorities.
