Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and process transactions.
• Make every customer’s shopping experience enjoyable and memorable by providing friendly and efficient customer service.
• Suggest complementary products before processing the transaction.
• Handle transactions at the cash register carefully and precisely.
• Clearly explain return policies to customers.
• Answer the phone in a professional manner.
• Keep your work area clean and ensure you have everything needed to work efficiently.
• Respect and follow the policies and procedures of the various head office departments.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Quick and methodical.
• Ability to listen to customers’ needs to provide exceptional customer service.
• Good with numbers.
• Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
• Looking for a career that constantly offers new challenges.
• Functionally bilingual (an asset).

• 17,84$ - 18,35$ per hour
