About the Role
Assist the Product Development team in tracking swatches, communicating with the overseas team, maintaining the swatch room, and assisting with various projects and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and organizing a central library for master swatches from overseas factories
- Work with Photography team to ensure new swatches are photographed and returned to swatch room in a timely manner
- Work with overseas teams to ensure swatch data is complete and finalized prior to new finishes launching on an item
- Create and manage presentation materials as needed
- Maintain the Introduction Status List and coordinate with Supply Chain team as needed
- Ensure product information and photography has been received from the overseas team prior to market
- Track and update product status post-review (approved/rejected), reflect changes on the product site, and communicate updates to relevant departments
- Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Textiles and Apparel, Business or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Exposure to project management software (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Understanding of product databases or content management systems (CMS) used to maintain product information
