About the Role
Assist the Art Studio team in tracking seasonal samples and original artwork, communicating with internal teams, maintaining sample kit swatches, and supporting various projects and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Organize and document seasonal samples for reviews.
- Assist with incoming original artwork reception and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Photography team to ensure new samples are in the photography queue.
- Work with Art Development teams to ensure data is complete and finalized prior to new finishes launching on an item.
- Create and manage presentation materials as needed.
- Ensure product information and photography has been received from FH teams prior to market.
- Track and update product status post-review, reflect changes on the product site, and communicate updates to relevant departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.
- Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Art, Merchandising, Textiles and Apparel, Business or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Exposure to project management software (Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
- Understanding of product databases or content management systems (CMS) used to maintain product information.
