About the Role
The Marketing Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing programs across key European markets. This role supports regional go-to-market strategies by leveraging AI-enabled experimentation and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned to European revenue targets and pipeline goals.
- Translate global campaigns into localized European programs by adapting messaging and tactics.
- Support the execution of conferences, partner activations, and hosted events.
- Scale digital marketing programs including email, paid search, paid social, webinars, and content syndication.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Test new regional channels and recommend optimizations based on performance data.
- Partner with Sales and Demand Generation to define objectives and target accounts.
- Support regional account-based marketing (ABM) execution.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Coordinate initiatives with external agencies, event vendors, and partners.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Experience managing marketing programs in Europe.
- Experience with agentic AI go-to-market strategies, channels, and analysis.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Go-To-Market teams and external vendors.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
