About the Role

Serve food to residents and guests in a Fine Dining in-house restaurant, offering made-to-order dining with seasonal and regional menus. Enjoy NO LATE NIGHTS for a balanced life.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write food orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
• Maintain required food handler certifications.

Requirements

• Must be available on weekends.
• Training will be provided.
