About the Role
The company has doubled its workforce in the past 12 months and is poised for further growth. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the scaling of HR processes and services within a rapidly expanding organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and support the scaling of HR processes in areas including personnel data, contract, and document management.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle preparatory payroll accounting.
- Manage HR policies and HR reporting.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on employee experience, compensation & benefits, and standardization & automation.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in HR, such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Specialist.
- Experience in rapidly growing and/or technology-driven organizations is ideal.
- Good knowledge of German labor law.
- Experience adapting HR software solutions to company requirements, ideally with systems like Personio.
- Attention to detail and focus on essentials, combined with a high level of service understanding.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
