About the Role

A fast-growing early-stage startup in the crypto gaming & prediction market space is looking for their first Frontend / Design Engineer. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves building beautiful consumer products fast and wants to work closely with founders at an ambitious startup.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production-ready UI for game-like web experiences and market products
• Create smooth interactions, animations, and polished user experiences
• Prototype quickly, run experiments, and iterate fast
• Help shape the design system and frontend architecture
• Work directly with founders and have real product influence

Requirements

• Strong frontend engineering skills
• Good product/design sense with attention to detail
• Experience in Web3 / crypto products preferred
• Comfortable moving fast in an early-stage startup environment
• Hands-on, proactive, and ownership mindset
• Startup or founder experience
• Consumer crypto / gaming background
• Portfolio of creative side projects
