About the Role
This role focuses on maximizing brand availability, visibility, and sales within a designated territory in the UK On Trade sector. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to grow market share, drive new business, and ensure contract compliance, while also managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maximize availability, visibility, and ROS to targeted On Trade customers for Pernod Ricard strategic brands within a designated post code territory.
- Grow market share and new business in line with The London Team focused growth targets.
- Work in collaboration with Brand Ambassadors, Customer Marketing, and the wider Field Sales team to grow contract compliance, share of presence, and volume with key independent free trade customers.
- Learn and take responsibility for managing all admin related tasks, including advanced route and meeting planning, contract building, management and maintenance, managing A&P and invoicing, supporting key Customer Marketing campaigns, and fostering strong relationships across the patch.
Requirements
- Engage with local RTMs to facilitate growth and development.
- Gain new listings across the portfolio to increase distribution and house pour status in major categories (vodka, gin, rum, tequila, liqs & specs, champagne) whilst being commercially minded.
- Maximize visibility to increase brand awareness, through on-trade activation (brand takeovers, sponsorship, POS and menu support highlighting key brand serves).
- Collaborate with Brand Activation teams to organise staff education to ensure PRUK brand recommendation by driving bartender and consumer advocacy.
- Evaluate activity to determine effectiveness and measurement of objectives (SMART).
- Are organised, efficient and can handle managing multiple relationships as well as stay on top of necessary admin related to the role.
