About the Role
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Business and Sales Development Representative to generate new business leads and drive sales growth for TeamMate throughout EMEA. The role involves researching, calling, and creating qualified sales opportunities, collaborating with Sales & Marketing Teams, and analyzing business challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify and qualify new business leads.
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through effective lead generation strategies.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present software solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their pain points and aligning them with solutions.
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospects by keeping them informed of new product updates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in a European language or Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the software industry.
- Proven track record of contributing to the sales pipeline which resulted in close won deals.
- Creation of processes to increase prospecting impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand customers challenges and align that to TeamMate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
