Responsibilities
- Advise customers to maximize sales potential.
- Open and close the store.
- Provide customers with a warm welcome.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and explaining product details.
- Suggest complementary products to customers.
- Be available for customers in fitting rooms.
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals.
- Manage the sales floor in the absence of managers.
- Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store and backstore.
- Stay informed about new products to share recommendations with customers.
- Process customer transactions at the cash register.
- Adhere to head office policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience.
- Love for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide excellent service.
- Proactive and conscientious.
- Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
- Seeking a career with continuous challenges.
- Functionally bilingual (an asset).
