About the Role
The Project Director of Qualitative Research will manage and oversee a Client Service Team, providing leadership through coaching and mentoring staff, building client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role also involves updating processes and internal systems for team efficiency and collaboration, ideal for individuals with management experience in healthcare market research.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentoring to operations team members.
- Manage project escalations to ensure timely and within-budget completion by partnering with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management to adapt, develop, and initiate processes, procedures, and system enhancements.
- Investigate and manage project escalations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor team project productivity and data collection quality.
- Oversee the team's billing process to ensure expected profitability.
- Support the development and implementation of client service best practices and policies.
- Execute client service improvement plans on allocated accounts, ensuring collaboration with sales and providing a solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Qualitative Market Research.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience in healthcare focused Market Research preferred.
- Experience with complex market research projects (programming, intricate sampling, international, translations, patients, or patient referrals) preferred.
- Be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet departmental objectives.
