About the Role
This role involves turning complex information into clear, actionable insights for shaping health policy and advocacy initiatives, requiring a thoughtful, evidence-based approach and the ability to balance priorities and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on complex policy or health system issues, synthesizing findings into insights that support decision-making and policy development.
- Develop high-quality written materials such as briefing notes, reports, and presentations for a range of audiences.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of policy positions using research, data, and stakeholder input.
- Monitor and interpret policy trends, legislation, and system-level developments to identify risks and opportunities.
- Manage projects or support policy initiatives, coordinating inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Apply qualitative and/or quantitative research methods with rigor and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support policy development and advocacy efforts.
