About the Role
The NW Regional Marketing Events Specialist acts as a non-pursuit focused Marketing resource responsible for organizing, maintaining, and executing Get Work-related events, activities, and systems. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with DPR's brand, marketing strategies, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with BD and account teams to identify, organize, and prioritize impactful customer outreach/event efforts.
- Create and maintain a regional events calendar.
- Manage Get Work event invitation lists and secure DPR team involvement in DPR events and tradeshows.
- Assist in event coordination-related activities including meeting preparation and logistical support for Marketing-led event activities.
- Design, production, and acquisition of all materials required for DPR-hosted events, tradeshows, and other Get Work activities.
- Partner with Marketing and Comms+Brand specialists and designers to ensure materials align with DPR brand standards.
- Create and edit event-related marketing materials, including presentations, project sheets, and internal communications.
- Maintain Marketing databases and content libraries necessary for event planning and execution, ensuring materials are accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- A collaborative mindset driven by integrity, with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent demands and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, meticulous editing skills, and strength in graphic design/production.
- Proficiency in Marketing tools and software, including Creative Suite/InDesign, SharePoint, Hubspot, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with website development and management a plus, particularly SquareSpace.
- Experience with CRMs (specific experience with Unanet/Cosential a plus).
- Available for minimal travel.
