About the Role

This team is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality marketing and sales collateral that aligns with company branding and business needs. They manage the full lifecycle of design projects, from intake and concept development through design, compliance review, and final production.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop print and digital marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage project workflow from intake through completion, including coordination with stakeholders, designers, and compliance teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency by adhering to and maintaining established guidelines, templates, and visual standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver accurate, compliant materials.
  • Organize and maintain creative assets, including image libraries and design files, while managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media or similar.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital media or similar.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of the print process including file setup, prepress check, and final finishing.
  • Candidates must be prepared to provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience, including project overviews and outcomes.
