About the Role
Sephora is seeking individuals who are ready to actively handle missions related to sales, customer service, team leadership, operations, and commercial performance. This role involves supporting teams, driving sales, managing store operations, and contributing to the company's mission of championing a world of inspiration and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Provide active support and advice to team members in departments such as Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance, including beauty trends.
- Embody the Sephora Attitude: Welcoming, Knowing, Closing.
- Sell products through in-depth product knowledge and establish customer relationships.
- Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage the induction of new employees and organize training courses.
- Oversee floor management to ensure smooth daily operations and commercial excellence.
- Act as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and impart the Sephora DNA.
- Delegate tasks and ensure their successful execution.
- Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Conduct inventories to ensure optimal product availability.
- Manage the full product handling cycle: receiving, storage, booking out, returns, and testers.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation.
- Ensure daily store maintenance, including cleanliness, pricing, product replenishment, and tester ordering.
- Collaborate on Visual Merchandising, brand updates, and in-store animations.
- Support Click & Collect processes.
- Ensure department operations comply with Sephora Audit rules.
- Monitor and manage departmental expenses.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth.
- Perform additional tasks related to daily business operations.
Requirements

- Experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the respective department.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
- Comfortable with visual merchandising, stock management, and customer service.
- Confident in using retail systems and tools.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends.
- Fluent in English or native language of the country.
