About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus
• Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework
• Communicate with the parents – complete observations, maintain records & note next steps
• Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
• Be a role model to the children and your fellow colleagues

Requirements

• Hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above
• Hold English GCSE or Level 2 functional skills
• Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Show they have the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Successful candidate will be subject to a DBS, reference and social media checks
