About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can manage the CEO's world with precision, solve problems before they are named, and make a strong impression on clients and colleagues. This role is for someone who has experience in a fast-paced environment and is ready for a position where their judgment is valued.
Responsibilities
- Learn the CEO's goals, priorities, and working style to anticipate needs.
- Own follow-up and ensure deliverables are completed without prompting.
- Manage a complex, high-volume calendar with competing demands, making decisions on time allocation.
- Handle all domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary and contingency planning.
- Prepare briefing documents, agendas, presentations, and supporting materials for meetings.
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain a high level of trust.
- Provide backup support to the President, CMO, and CCO as needed.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with significant experience supporting a CEO.
- Based in or commutable to New York City, available for on-site work five days a week.
- Comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily work, with personal review and revision of all AI-generated content.
- Clear, confident communication in writing and in person.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trust across all organizational levels.
- High personal standards and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to manage competing priorities without losing composure.
- Strong people-reading skills and experience supporting multiple executives with diverse styles.
- Deep familiarity with New York's restaurant scene for making reservations.
- A positive attitude and sense of humor.
