About the Role

This role is integral to the People Partnering team in EMEA, focusing on building People Programs and supporting managers across various departments. The successful candidate will deliver core HR services including onboarding/exits, employee engagement, employee relations, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, guidance, and support to Sales, Service, and Support functions.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and updated in line with legislative and audit requirements.
• Advise on local labor law regulations and implications.
• Guide and coach leaders through conflict handling and grievance.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as total rewards, talent acquisition, and learning & development.
• Provide project management support and HR initiative roll-out for cycles like Year End and Mid-Year.
• Offer coaching, advice, and support to managers on employee concerns and policy interpretation.
• Manage department-specific onboarding and exits.
• Work with employee representative bodies as applicable.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Legal, Procurement, IT Security, and Finance.
• Organize and facilitate workshops for local stakeholders on relevant topics.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a European environment.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers and peers.
• Knowledge and basic understanding of compensation, local and EMEA labor law, and conducting HR investigations.
• Proven ability to work and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Versatility to manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and urgent issues simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Experience with EMEA jurisdictions like Benelux, Nordics, MENA, and the UK is a major plus.
