About the Role

LSH Auto is seeking a Sales Assistant to promote and sell BYD electric vehicles, contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction. This role supports the adoption of sustainable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding BYD electric vehicle products and features.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
• Manage customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay informed on industry trends and new BYD developments.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Enthusiastic about electric vehicles and sustainability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical details effectively to customers.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
• Valid driving licence is essential.

Salary/Compensations

• £35,500 plus uncapped bonuses and company car.
