Responsibilities
- Qualify applicants by reviewing applications, selecting suitable candidates, and conducting initial interviews.
- Manage applications by assisting with the planning and organization of interviews and supporting candidates throughout the process.
- Learn to work with our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and document all progress.
- Actively shape your role and contribute to the team.
Requirements
- Current enrollment at a university, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication Science, Marketing, or Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoyment in working with people.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
