Responsibilities

Provide legal and administrative support to the litigation team.
Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all litigation matters.
Handle small legal claims escalated to Legal.
Assist with third-party requests, including information requests.
Assist with reporting litigations to internal stakeholders.
Assist the team with onboarding external counsels, including drafting engagement letters, managing costs and budgets, and reviewing bills.
Support various aspects of litigation cases, including discovery, data production, witness evidence preparation, and liaising with external counsels.
Lead and/or support projects to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of a Law Bachelor's degree or equivalent legal qualification in a common law jurisdiction (preference for England & Wales, but other common law jurisdictions will be considered).
Previous experience in a legal role is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail, rigor, and reliability.
Proactive and a self-starter, capable of moving with agility in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
High level of autonomy required, with proven experience in handling one's own workload preferred.
Hands-on and capable of independently managing multiple projects.
