About the Role
Lead a team, energize customers, and manage daily operations to deliver an exceptional gaming experience in a unique, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including interpreting company expectations and addressing issues.
- Maintain brand consistency through positive customer experiences and local event involvement.
- Participate in planning meetings for training and initiatives.
- Perform regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of store areas.
- Ensure security and safety by adhering to procedures and identifying risks.
- Create lasting experiences and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Receive and communicate customer suggestions for business improvement.
- Manage employee scheduling to ensure adequate staffing during peak periods.
- Lead hiring processes and develop a talent pipeline.
- Manage employee performance, including coaching and development.
- Train and develop new and current employees.
- Address escalated customer and employee concerns.
- Oversee facility maintenance processes and coordinate scheduled maintenance.
- Audit and manage inventory processes for maintenance, merchandise, and vending products.
- Provide regular updates to the Regional Leader on facility issues.
- Assess training needs for employees regarding maintenance and operations.
- Ensure the team understands how room maintenance impacts operations and customer experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership ability with 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated strengths in collaborative team environments.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with customers and employees.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening and oral communication.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Ability to multitask in leading teams and managing operational performance.
- Highly organized in managing competing priorities.
- Successful completion of a criminal record check is a condition of employment.
