About the Role

Join the U.K.’s largest independent property services group as a Lettings Negotiator and become part of a supportive team, helping landlords and tenants every step of the way while enjoying a varied and fast-paced career.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Market properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvass the local area
  • Door knock and leaflet drop
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Must have access to your own vehicle
  • Provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • Provide evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate
  • Provide Proof of Address
  • Provide National Insurance
  • Provide Drivers Licence Check

Skills

  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings

Salary/Compensations

  • Complete on-target earnings exceeding £45000 per year
  • Basic Salary of £16,000 to £18,000
  • Performance Related Bonus of £600 to £750 for your first 2 months of employment
  • Uncapped commission scheme
