About the Role

Rocking Horse Ranch Resort is seeking talented and personable Gift Shop Attendants to deliver excellence in service to guests, assisting with merchandise selection and resort information. The ideal candidate is creative with a passion for visual merchandising and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with merchandise selection while providing excellent customer service
• Operate and maintain the POS system
• Inventory management, cash handling, stocking, and other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) retail experience preferred
• Guest focused approach and high level of patience
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic, adept at multitasking, and a true team player
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
