About the Role

We have an opening for a Production internship within the production team for a three month period. The role will assist in the day-to-day running of the company and event coordination, providing support to the Head of Production and Producers. This role requires strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills, the ability to manage time effectively, work with initiative, and be proactive.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally support production(s) from pitching and development through to delivery on budget.
  • Assist the inhouse Head of Production & Producers, as well as freelance Production teams on both pitches and live projects.
  • Work in partnership with the Creative team to deliver outstanding, distinctive, multi-platform content by providing assistance in ways to realize creative ambitions within operational and financial parameters.
  • Conduct venue, talent & supplier research.
  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Manage petty cash reconciliation.
  • Handle purchasing for live projects.
  • Perform database management.
  • Create running orders and timelines.
  • Manage or assist with onsite documentation.
  • Provide onsite production support including crew logistics and accreditation.
  • Manage production office operations.
  • Liaise with suppliers.
  • Handle petty cash/expenses management.
  • Facilitate artist/talent liaison.
  • Support the creative team.
  • Assist the team with background research ahead of new business meetings and creative presentations.
  • Attend internal and client calls, taking minutes and circulating them post-meetings.
  • Stay updated on advancements in the tech industry and report findings back to the team.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
  • Manage and input into the supplier database to ensure it is up-to-date.
  • Build industry network.
  • Contribute to and maintain a creative and collaborative culture.
