About the Role

Ghirardelli Chocolate Shop & Soda Fountain at the historical Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco is seeking to hire bussers. The busser will maintain the brand image and equity of the business by representing the company image correctly and having a positive image. The busser provides excellent customer service to guests and performs various other tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide excellent guest service when on the store floor
• Be knowledgeable of price and product information
• Bus (clean) tables in fountain area
• Wash dishes
• Keep supplies stocked - Fountain and Condiment station(s)
• Keep your work area orderly and clean
• Maintain smile and pleasant demeanor
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be reliable
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be available to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
