About the Role

Seeking an experienced Brand Specialist to act as an ambassador for Dover Street Market, accountable for the performance of the space. This role involves cultivating client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Offer a personalized shopping and styling experience to clients.
• Deliver monthly and seasonal sales targets, working closely with the HQ team.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Stay informed on trends and advise customers on stock availability.
• Maintain a client book of key customers and VIPs specializing in the Phoebe Philo brand.
• Support the delivery of in-depth training to store staff on Phoebe Philo.
• Utilize visual merchandising skills to continually tweak the space and collaborate with the head of visual merchandising.
• Ensure a deep understanding of product, actively seeking opportunities to broaden knowledge of the brand and product.
• Ensure stock is replenished and stock areas are tidy.
• Work closely with Phoebe Philo and merchandising teams to ensure stock is managed in line with client needs.
• Conduct regular stock checks.
• Provide end-of-day reports to DSM & Phoebe Philo teams, raising any required actions promptly.
• Participate in all stock deliveries.
• Ensure seamless store operations and outstanding customer service.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base, seeking opportunities to drive the business.
• Meet brand and individual monthly and seasonal sales targets.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product and client.
• Foster a service-driven environment that values teamwork and collaborative selling.

Requirements

• Highly motivated and professional, able to converse at all levels.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and organized.
• Flexible and approachable, with a willingness to work hard and drive the business forward.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.

Skills

• Specific understanding of the Phoebe Philo brand, aesthetic and consumer
• Retail sales and expertise within a luxury business
• Ability to clientele at a high level and set the example for other members of the DSM sales team
• Specific understanding of all collections and stock availability at DSM
• Client book of potential new business for DSM
• Knowledge of Retail Pro (not essential)
