About the Role
Maybell Quantum is seeking a technically fluent and ambitious Technical Product Marketing Manager to join our commercial team. This high-ownership role is designed for an early-career professional to define how our quantum hardware technology is positioned, differentiated, and communicated to the market. You will translate complex cryogenic, RF, and quantum infrastructure solutions into compelling narratives for technical buyers, executives, and government stakeholders, serving as a key partner to Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop differentiated messaging, value propositions, and market narratives across the product portfolio.
- Define market understanding of cryogenic infrastructure, quantum enablement, and next-generation compute infrastructure.
- Convert technical engineering concepts into clear business outcomes for diverse audiences.
- Build persona-based messaging for technical users, procurement teams, executives, and strategic partners.
- Track KPIs related to messaging effectiveness, content performance, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and executives to develop original content and market narratives.
- Create technical articles, whitepapers, application notes, customer stories, and executive bylines.
- Support media engagement, analyst relations, and strategic storytelling initiatives.
- Own product storytelling across website content, social media, technical collateral, and launch materials.
- Develop customer success stories and technical case studies demonstrating real-world impact.
- Partner with Sales and Engineering to develop compelling demo narratives.
- Drive conference strategy, speaking opportunities, and product announcements.
- Build and maintain sales decks, battlecards, objection-handling tools, and competitive positioning materials.
- Support pricing and packaging communications.
- Build scalable launch frameworks and content operations.
- Monitor competitors and market shifts to provide actionable positioning recommendations.
- Gather voice-of-customer insights to sharpen messaging and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Marketing, Technical Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, technical communications, science journalism, or go-to-market strategy.
- Experience marketing technical products to sophisticated enterprise, government, or research buyers.
- Ability to develop deep technical understanding of physics and engineering concepts.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience creating technical content, whitepapers, research reports, or engineering-focused marketing assets.
- Ability to interview technical subject matter experts and synthesize information into compelling narratives.
- Comfort operating with autonomy and ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated desire to own and build processes.
