About the Role

You will design, ship, measure, and iterate on product features in short loops. You will have direct access to the codebase to push features yourself, bridging the gap between product discovery and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Ship features from UI design to production, including managing branches, PRs, and code reviews.
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to solve product problems.
• Improve key product areas such as onboarding, approval workflows, notifications, and collaboration.
• Evolve and maintain the design system.
• Utilize AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex to prototype, implement, and refactor efficiently.
• Make strategic product decisions based on impact, usability, and feasibility.
• Define and track UX and adoption KPIs to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proficiency in designing and coding frontend components using React and Tailwind or equivalent.
• Experience working within Git workflows including branches, PRs, and reviews.
• Proven experience pushing features to production independently.
• Strong background in end-to-end product discovery, including qualitative and quantitative research.
• Ability to use AI tools like Claude and Cursor for rapid prototyping and implementation.
• Strong product mindset with a track record of measurable improvements in user adoption or engagement.
• Solid foundation in Figma and UX/UI principles.
