About the Role
Seeking a Social Pedagogy Lead for contact and outreach centers with integrated drug consumption rooms in Mitte. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills and qualify for further management positions within a large addiction support provider.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional leadership for the facility and responsible management of daily operations.
- Develop and maintain professional standards and actively contribute to quality assurance processes.
- Participate in conceptual development.
- Personnel management and development.
- Actively participate in relevant committees and networks for professional networking and advocacy.
- Serve as a liaison for public relations and support the external representation of the facility.
- Actively participate in the management team of vista gGmbH.
- Provide culturally sensitive and health-oriented support.
- Refer individuals to further support services.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work or comparable qualification.
- Professional expertise and willingness to manage the facility.
- Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Intercultural consulting competence and confident demeanor with external partners.
- Accepting and goal-oriented work attitude.
- Ability to remain calm, make clear decisions, and act confidently in challenging situations.
- Willingness to collaborate with social and medical institutions and navigate professional committees.
- Shared responsibility for two facilities with another management person, requiring collaboration, coordination, and joint decision-making.

Salary/Compensations
- €53,750 to €64,500 gross annual salary for a full-time position, depending on individual experience.
