About the Role
Provides clinical and technical support to the department in the areas of patient diet orders, menus, meal choices, patient nutrition screening, assessment, education and follow-up care.

- Provides clinical and technical support to the department in the areas of patient diet orders, menus, meal choices, patient nutrition screening, assessment, education and follow-up care.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Commission on Dietetic Registration approved Dietetic Technician Program and subsequent CDR registration (NDTR), or successful completion of a bachelors of science degree in dietetics with at least 10 continuing education hours per year and others as determined necessary by the department director and/or senior dietitian.
- Maintenance of active CDR registration required for Dietetic Technicians, Registered.
- At least one year of health care nutrition and food service experience preferred.
