About the Role
In our People Enablement Tech Department, we are seeking a skilled Workday HR Consultant to design, build, and maintain HR solutions with Workday and other HR systems. You will be part of our team of in-house HR consultants and collaborate closely with HR, IT infrastructure, and different internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless data flow and automation across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the existing HR environment, find improvements and implement them.
- Take on the technical project lead role for projects.
- Support the technical and functional implementation of processes using Workday, Greenhouse, and other systems.
- Understand current business processes, identify gaps, suggest improvements, and continuously optimize them.
- Work closely with key users from HR to guarantee a stable environment.
- Accompany system and acceptance tests and document them thoroughly.
- Build trustful relationships with project participants, consult them, and act as a competent contact.
- Own the expansion of the current Workday implementation with customizations that support a fast-growing company.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor/Master degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or similar.
- Have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst / Administrator / Consultant for Workday.
- Have experience in implementation projects and consulting stakeholders during project phases.
- Have proven experience configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting.
- Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus.
