About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate individual to provide low-threshold support to people with substance-related issues within our drug consumption rooms. Our team is eager for dedicated reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally sensitive and health-oriented support.
• Refer individuals to further support services.
• Collaborate closely with social work professionals.
• Offer initial medical care and support during consumption.
• Advise on infection prevention and safer use practices.

Requirements

• Completed training as a registered nurse, medical assistant, rescue assistant, or emergency paramedic, or a comparable qualification.
• Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Intercultural consulting competence.
• Willingness to engage in outreach activities.
• Accepting and open-minded attitude.
