About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to join our Dubai-based technology team. You will own product development across client-facing experiences, back-office tooling, and integrated workflows, with an increasing focus on AI-powered capabilities. You will partner with engineering, design, operations, and advisory teams to ship high-quality products in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Write clear, actionable specifications for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to deliver features on schedule
• Define success metrics and analyze post-launch results
• Lead user research to understand client and internal user requirements
• Prioritize feature requests, architectural improvements, and operational excellence
• Resolve process conflicts and program issues efficiently
• Align global stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Establish and run AI evaluation processes to assess quality and detect regressions
• Design and improve AI-assisted workflows including human-in-the-loop reviews
• Collect user feedback and communicate progress to leadership

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience
• Experience with internal tools and customer-facing products
• Strong product execution skills including specification writing and rigorous QA
• Technical literacy regarding APIs, data models, and system integrations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define instrumentation and run queries
• UX sensibility with the ability to create wireframes or low-fidelity mocks
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple product areas
• Proven ability to deliver results through influence without authority
• Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML product development
• Proficiency in Jira, SQL, and modern analytics platforms
• Adaptability to differing cultural and business environments
